This notice explains how RUTHH Studio handles information when you visit ruthh.com or contact us about our services. It covers this marketing website only. Shopify apps we publish will have separate disclosures appropriate to their functionality.
Information we receive
When you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company and project details. Our website is currently a static website and does not have an on-site contact form or account registration.
Website functionality and hosting
Your browser can store your light/dark theme preference locally so that the site remembers your choice. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and security signals for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. We use Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google's servers to load the DM Sans typeface.
How we use information
We use correspondence to answer inquiries, provide requested support and discuss potential projects. We use hosting and security data to keep the site operational and protected. This version of the website does not intentionally include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics scripts.
Disclosure and retention
Messages may be handled by our email provider, and site traffic by our hosting and security provider. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, related business operations and applicable obligations. Technical hosting data is subject to Cloudflare's service controls and retention practices.
Your choices
You can change your theme preference using the website controls or clear this site's data in your browser. To ask about personal information you have shared with us, including access, correction or deletion requests where applicable, email hello@ruthh.com.

We may update this notice when the website, providers or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised update date.
